You agree to use SabayLokCar lawfully and respectfully.
Listings must be accurate and represent real vehicles.
You may upload short videos related to vehicles and platform-allowed content. You are fully responsible for all content you upload.
You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading content, you grant SabayLokCar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, stream, and distribute your content as part of the platform.
We may process videos (compression, HLS streaming, thumbnails, optimization) to improve playback and performance.
SabayLokCar provides engagement features including views, loves, comments, replies, saves, and shares.
You agree not to manipulate engagement systems through bots, fake accounts, or artificial activity.
We may remove or adjust engagement data if abuse is detected.
We may rank and recommend content based on engagement, freshness, and other signals to improve user experience.
We do not guarantee visibility, reach, or performance of any content.
We may review, remove, restrict, or disable any content or account at our discretion.
This includes violations related to listings, comments, messaging, or Shorts.
You must communicate respectfully. No spam, scams, or harassment.
SabayLokCar only connects users. We are not responsible for transactions between users.
The platform is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for user content, transactions, or damages resulting from platform use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
